My one year old has fought his crib since birth. So while trying my last ditch effort to transition him into a regular bed, and find the perfect toddler friendly twin bed..I fell down the design rabbit hole, and sparked a whole new bedroom design around this new bed! I wanted his room to be moody and cozy, while still keeping a clean design, without much clutter. He has the smaller room in our house, so I needed to maximize space, while still keeping a functional layout.

Hi, it looks like there’s a cushion or mattress lift on the bed under the sheets. Wondering if I could get some more info on what that is? I’m about to transition my little guy to a big bed and this might be helpful!
