Since I am an art teacher I wanted my son's nursery to be bright and colorful. Since I was working on a budget I went with lots of diy projects and something he could grow with as a child.
Mint green and lime green are my favorite colors so I wanted to make sure I got to use them a great deal. The first thing we bought was his bedding, which has a few different blues and greens and we based most of the room on that.
My style for this room was playful and a little funky.
All of the furniture came from IKEA, as well as the duck poster, the refurbished chair, and some of the picture frames and accessories
