Funky Chic Nursery

Description

This nursery is a mix of vintage and funky! Hot Pink and Black is the main color scheme. The room will be suitable for Stella for years to come.

Design Inspiration

I started with the bedding by caden lane. The hot pink and the black were my starting points. I love the damask in the bedding. We painted the antique dresser a glossy white and used hot pink and black to accentuate the curves of the dresser. We even painted the claw foot nails Black! We added pink lashes to the horse and some jewels. This is one of my fav things in the room.

Decorating Style

I love funky fun colors but also like the vintage chic too.

Project Details

We used a light pink on the walls. The lt pink is also in the bedding. We didnt want the wall color to overpower the room. We spray painted crystals that are magnetic and added them to the chandelier. We also bought inexpensive frmaes from hobby lobby and spray painted them to match. Besides the bedding everything in the room was not very costly. Alot of work and paint and of course time went into the room.
