Design Inspiration
I was inspired by The Cat in the Hat and my son liking toys like the cat because he is black and white. I love the story myself and loved the colors as well and wanted to do something other then your typical Elmo theme.

The cookies, which were hand designed by me, I didn't think they would look so great, since it was my first time. The lunch boxes are also my favorite.
Advice
Way too much candy for the kids. Next time I'll only have a few jars and not a whole table.

Hi Stephanie, I just got your email now, since I don't check this site as often, maybe I should. The hat I bought at birthdayexpress.com, I added the #1 with fleece fabric. The shirt I can't remember where I got it, but I found this one here: http://www.theretrobaby.com/dr-seuss/ if you need any party tags or banners I can make them for you, I customize for each occasion.
