Enchanted Forest Nursery

Description

Baby boy's nursery is a pale yellow, filled with greens, blues, and a hint of orange. We chose a mix of dark natural-finish wood and painted wood in a light turquoise. The theme is "Enchanted Forest," and includes deer, squirrels, fox, rabbits, and a whole host of woodland creatures!

Design Inspiration

We chose the fabric for the bedding first, and had the set custom-made just the way we wanted it. We then worked off of the color palette in the fabric to fill the room with fun and vibrant (but still peaceful!) colors.

Decorating Style

Eclectic traditional.

Favorite Items

I love the mix of animal portraits, because they bring so much whimsy to the room! The frames also help to tie together the different wood tones in the room.
