Baby Ella is arriving in the next month and we couldn’t be more excited. We went with a gender-neutral color palate as she will need to share this space with future siblings. The crown and base moulding were added to bring more character to the room. We put together this nursery on a budget- a free crib and an inexpensive nursing chair from Craigslist, the dresser is from an antique/thrift store, and the mobile is a DIY collaboration with Ella’s grandma. The feature wall was a Pinterest-inspired DIY from vintagerevivals.com. If there is a theme for the room, it would have to be books/reading. Her books are displayed on the wall and the art work shows animals enjoying a good read. We can’t wait for all of the bedtime stories to come with our sweet girl.
