Dylan’s Nautical Nursery

A mix of nautical and beach decor...not all sailboats and not too much blue!

Design Inspiration

Combination of my love of the beach & my husband love of things preppy & nautical! We first met at the beach and vacation at the same beach each summer so it was also important for us to incorporate items from that beach.

Decorating Style

Preppy & classic with a hint of vintage....or at least a few items that look vintage :)

Favorite Items

I love how the wave wall turned out! Decals seem daunting but are actually pretty easy to apply and Etsy has a great, affordable selection!

Scour pinterest and project nursery for ideas & DIY projects, stalk Pottery Barn Kids for sales and websites like One Kings Lane for unique items :) Incorporate items from a favorite vacation spot to make it more personal...also creates a way to share stories with your child one day about a vacation or location that is meaningful to you and your family.
