Denhem’s Pirate Party Bash

Description

My son always made a pirate face as we called it so we decided to give him a Pirate Party.  I am not a fan of baby looking themes so went with a more contemporary look for a babies party and it turned out great.

Design Inspiration

I was inspired by some pirate party decor online and just went forth with creativity and designed the party myself with the help of my mother.

Decorating Style

My style was a contemporary theme party,  we hired a Johnny Depp impersonator from Pirates of the Caribbean to entertain the guests and do sword fights with the kids which tied the theme all together!

Project Details

Most of the decor was DIY, which I did off the Cricket Machine,  the custom ship was from Shindigz, the treasure chests were from Hobby Lobby, the candy was from Smart & Final and Party Works, and the buckets and crates were from Michael's Crafts.

Favorite Items

My favorite item is the Cricket Scrapbooking Machine.  It is very user friendly and you can make so much with it.  I made all the signs, cupcake toppers, food labels, and activity books.

Hmn... I am interested in that Johnny Depp impersonator. Haha. Kidding aside, I like your red/black/white color scheme. It's great that you veered away from a colorful party. And I love everything you did here, including the pirate lollies. In short, you did an amazing job!
