Favorite Items

The old rustic John Deer tractor and the chevron quilt. The tractor was my father's when he was little and my grandparents neighbors found it in the flower bed when planting flowers after my great grandfather passed away. My mother in law made the quilt and I think it is absolutely perfect and that it really brought the entire nursery together and made it feel complete.

Advice

Don't stress about the nursery, just take your time and have fun with it! Definitely look for ideas on pinterest and project nursery and then put your own spin on it.

I LOVE this!!!!! Turquoise, orange, gray, and chevron are all what I’m looking to do in our nursery! I actually have that same turquoise lamp from Target and Modifiedtot is getting me a quote on bedding! Your mother-in-law did a truly wonderul job with that quilt! I’d love to talk to her about making one for our little Sawyer!

Love this room and wondering if the paint color is accurate. I looked for it on Sherwin Williams site and didn’t see it. Any suggestions?

    MapleSyrup,

The frames above the crib are small 10×10 mirrors from Ikea that I painted white.

I like the white and grey background colors, with pops of bright orange and turquoise here and there. What are those squares or frames above and below the CROIX letters on the wall? Are those photos or mirrors? I can’t quite figure out what those are.

I love this nursery! I like the colors and different fabrics that you used and your Mother-in-law did a wonderful job on the quilt. I was in Hobby Lobby tonight and saw some big picture frames that would match perfect in this space. They had orange & white chevron frame and also Aqua & White.
