Cooper's nursery is a fun, stylish space that he can grow into. The room is pure white, with a black triangle decal accent wall and pops of teal and royal blue all around the room. His gallery wall is full of inspirational quotes, pictures of his family, and fun accents. He has several subtle dinosaur accents throughout the room. I wanted his room to be boyish, fun, and clean. Most of my inspiration came from Pinterest and from following other designers' nursery projects. I fell in love with a dresser from Land of Nod that was not in the budget, so we opted for an IKEA $200 one, a can of dark gray paint, and some brass dresser pulls. It looks just like the Land of Nod one AND it's bigger. Bonus that it was less than half the cost! The white bookshelf is also IKEA, we just painted the back of it to add in the teal pop of color. One thing that helped tremendously when buying things for the nursery was to keep the samples of my paint colors in my purse, so that if I saw something I wanted to buy, I could check the color first to make sure it was close enough.
