Description
After finding out we were expecting a baby boy, we knew a navy nautical themed nursery would be perfect for our first child. We wanted something that was classic and sophisticated. We really enjoyed planning this nursery to enjoy for many years.
Design Inspiration
Most of the inspiration came from multiple sources including pinterest, pottery barn kids, and project nursery. I really enjoyed shopping for this room and trying to find the perfect pieces to add.

Project Details
My husband and I knew when we were designing and planning our nursery we wanted to do wainscoting. My husband planned and installed all the wainscoting in the room and we painted it white.

Favorite Items
Our 2 favorite items in the nursery are the rocker and the amazing art work from Etsy. I really love how the "First we had each other" art work came out and its perfect fit for the nursery. The chair and ottoman are very comfortable to sit in and we plan to get a lot of use out of it.
