My younger daughter, Charlotte, was born on Cinco de Mayo. I wanted to throw her a “fiesta’ to celebrate her first birthday. I love the bright colors of this themes – they are as cheerful as Charlotte’s personality. I still wanted the party to be “girly” for her so I incorporated a lot of floral elements including the printables, the flowers on the tables and mantels and on the back drop. We had the children play pin the flower on Charlotte, they shook maracas, and had fun with a pinata. We had quesadillas for the kids and a taco bar for the adults. It was a fun and festive first birthday!
