Description
I knew I wanted a bright and colorful nursery for our second baby girl. I had never designed a white room, but decided it was a great way to make this small room feel bigger and brighter. I wanted it to be a happy room!
Design Inspiration
I knew I didn't want a theme to this room and instead wanted it to be somewhat eclectic with bright white walls and pops of color. Every time I walk passed this nursery, it makes me happy!
Decorating Style
I would say my decorating style is a combination of classic, modern, comfy, simple with pops of color. This nursery is definitely modern and simple with pops of color.

Favorite Items
The DIY art above the crib was created by me, my husband and daughter. I think it adds a big pop of color and also something personal for baby Leah.
Advice
Take your time. I struggled with this room initially because I felt like things weren't coming together. After we created the DIY finger paintings above the crib, things started to fall into place. It was easy to pick colors from the art and bring them into the room.
Thank you! The art is DIY, finger painting done by my daughter, husband & I. We just mixed colors together & went crazy :)
Thank you!!
I love the art above the crib also. Where is it from?
Love the artwork above the crib…and the white walls with the pops of color. Super cute!
