Your party was really creative and colorful. I like what you did with the sweet treats and incorporated them into your theme and your color scheme.

Very cute. I am doing a ladybug theme for my little girl’s first birthday too. I’ve started collecting ideas and supplies even though it is 7 months away. I love the antenna headbands. May steal that idea!

      Cara,

Thank you! It’s never too early to start planning! I booked the hall the week my daughter was born! Lol! The sooner you start planning creating the better, I say! Their birthdays roll around before you even know it! :) The antennas were such a fun and easy project, you should definitely give them a try!

      erin,

Hi! The oreos were super easy! I started by twisting the oreos apart and then used a lollipop stick to gauge out a channel in the cream. Next I dipped the stick in melted chocolate and place it in the channel I created in the cream then I pressed the oreo back together. Refridgerate the oreos for about half an hour to cure. Next I dipped them in the pink and placed back into the fridge for about 20 minutes. Last I dipped the top half in the black chocolate and piped on the dots using a baggie filled with black chocolate that I snipped a small hole in the corner! I hope these directions help!

Hello,I hope you get this message. I was wondering how did you make the flowers that you put on back of the chairs. Thank you

The flowers on the back of the chairs were made just like the tissue pom poms you hang from the ceiling. I just used fewer layers of tissue, flattened the back out and added the circle for the center of the flower. I hope this helps! Happy crafting! :)
