Baby R’s Gender Neutral Nursery

Description

I designed a gender neutral nursery for our first baby that will allow me to make it more personalized once baby is here.

Design Inspiration

I was inspired by the colors in the tassel garland I bought for over the crib.  I loved the mix of soft pastels that added life to the room but still kept it gender neutral.

Decorating Style

My personal style is a mix of transitional and contemporary with clean aesthetics.

I love the animal prints above the dresser.  They're beautifully photographed baby animals.  Everyone that sees them has a different favorite animal.  I also love the handmade quilt my mom made for the baby.

Advice

When selecting your big ticket items- keep neutral in mind so it can grow with your child or your next one.
