Baby M’s Nursery

Description

Gender neutral nursery with different patterns and textures.

Design Inspiration

I wanted something that was gender neutral since we weren't finding out the sex of our baby.  I definitely knew that I wanted gray walls, because it's so easy to match with either boy colors or girl colors once the baby was here.  The Aden+Anais crib sheet "up, up & away" is what inspired my color palette.

Decorating Style

Classic and timeless, but unique and personal.

Favorite Items

It's so hard to pick just one, but I would have to say the glider.  This particular glider had been discontinued and I was heartbroken.  No other glider or rocker measured up.  Then one day I saw someone selling it on craigslist for half the price and barely used.  I mean this thing was practically new!  So my wonderful husband drove us the six hour round trip to go pick up the glider of my dreams.  To go from thinking it was a lost cause, to unexpectedly having it practically fall in my lap is amazing.

I absolutely love this nursery! We just found out we are having a baby boy, but I am wanting to use the colors gray white yellow and a bit of blue. I've even found this rug, ottoman, and similar tree decals. Great job! It's beautiful and looks so relaxing - great for all those late night feedings!

Hi, thank you and congrats to you :) I really like the rug, I went back and forth about it before ordering it for a few months. It has a nice texture that feels good on the feet, and my baby really likes it. It's not super soft or plush, but still very nice. It comes folded rather than rolled. A quick vacuum takes the folds right out. Hope this helps :)
