We wanted a nursery that was completely unexpected – no chair rails, pastels, or animal themes.   Something modern with feminine touches that will transition easily as our daughter grows .  And no pink!

Seems like grey and yellow have been trending lately. Lovely room, by the way. And I am with you: No pink!

        Kelly,

Thank you! I actually made it in 8th grade shop class! I’m still considering repainting it seafoam green to tie in better with the room.

Love! How big is the babies room. I wonder beacause of the room color. I love it….do you? Just wonder if it will be to much?

Also, what size are the ikea frames? Also does the crib fit standard crib mattresses?

I love your nursery! We were at Ikea yesterday and I was admiring the same Hemnes dresser. Now I have a better idea how it looks in a nursery! Thanks.
