This nursery is the perfect little man cave! An urban meets outdoorsman theme, this incredibly unique room features many DIY touches. From Restoration Hardware to yard sales, Aiden's Urban Den mixes old with new to create a bright, fun space for baby!
Design Inspiration
The inspiration for the room came from the vintage lockers purchased at Eighth & Main Antique Center in Downtown Chico, Ca. Entirely refurbished and repainted by Aiden's dad, the entire design of the room was created around these lockers that are now a functioning piece of furniture in the nursery. They're funky, fun and useful, and exactly that unique piece to spark inspiration and creativity!
Decorating Style
The style of this room is definitely urban with a bit of nature mixed in which makes it uber one-of-a-kind. It has a lot of DIY sty;: collecting, painting, and repurposing!
Project Details
Wood Accent Wall: Cedar panels that were cut and stained by Aiden's dad and grandpa.

Advice
Don't be afraid to use color! There is a lot of bold burnt orange in this room creating a fun, bright, and happy tone. Also, remember to mix it up! There is store brand retail furniture in this nursery along with yard sale, antique store finds. Juxtaposed, the blend of new and old truly creates a unique, fun, one-of-a-kind spaceAiden's Urban Den!!
