Description
Addison's big girl room was designed by her Mom. A sparkling flower garden was painted around her bed and I added a few whimsical fairies throughout the garden. The flowers and fairies are bejeweled with crystals and glitter paint. Her name was also hand-painted to match the room. The quote on the wall is "Like glittering dust on fairy wings, little girl dreams are of magical things."
Design Inspiration
Her Mom saw a mural I painted at Crib World in Morris Plains, NJ and wanted something similar for Addison's room.
Project Details
Addison's bedding and window treatments are from Pottery Barn. The furniture is Jessica McClintock's Princess line. Her lavender carpet is embossed with flowers and Tinkerbell. It came from Floor Solutions.
Favorite Items
I personally love the bejeweled fairy bodice in the corner. Addison's Mom made it! It's so pretty and matches her room perfectly.
