A Whole New Pink and Coral Bedroom

After moving from our much beloved nursery/toddler bedroom, I wanted to keep some things similar but also try a few new things. I needed new bedding as I moved her to a twin bed.  I had found the pink and coral bedding at the Pottery Barn outlet, and based the wall color off the pink in the fabric.  The room got all new trim, doors, carpet, and paint.  It was not a huge room, so I knew I wanted a light and bright color.  The headboard, was actually my first king headboard from Ballard Designs, I made a slip cover and turned the bed as a day bed.  It leaves more room, and a perfect reuse!  I kept her TeePee and Kitchen.  Took out more of the blue accents from her nursery and added more shades.  She loves to read, so I installed 2 Ikea shelves and made the perfect library in her hallway.
