Description
We live in a townhouse on a lake. The whole house has floor-to-ceiling windows that feature the beautiful water and forest around us. I wanted to put together a nursery that would keep that calming feel of the outdoors, while still feeling feminine and fresh.
Design Inspiration
The color scheme of purple, aqua, and yellow was inspired by a woodland animal print by my artist sister-in-law, Bex Glover.
Decorating Style
Clean, simple, uncluttered

Favorite Items
My favorite part of the nursery is the artwork that inspired it -- the woodland animal print over the dresser. I also love the butterfly mobile and the aqua and gray curtains.
Advice
I recommend that people look outside of pre-packaged sets of crib bedding and nursery decor. Instead, collect a variety of items that feel more like your own style. I had so much fun putting all the pieces together.

I super love the large windows and the view outside is just breathtaking (based on what little we can see of the outdoors). The room looks really clean and soothing and your choice of artworks was really great.

Where did you find the print for the wall above the dresser? I love it!
