A Blush Pink Nursery for Hannah

Description

We found out we were expecting just 2 months after moving into our brand new home in Woodstock, GA. I couldn't wait to design and create another nursery for a girl (we have a 5 year old little girl at home as well)! I ultimately wanted to create a space that would be soothing, sweet, and in general a place where all of us would want to hang out! I stuck with Blush Pink, Grey and Gold in her nursery as I knew these colors would work well with some items we were going to recycle from Big Sister's nursery (https://projectnursery.com/projects/sweet-carolines-nursery/) including her crib, crib skirt etc.

In addition to purchasing some new items for the nursery, I also did a few DIY projects.  The Ikea dresser pulls, and curtain rods all got a coat of Gold Spray Paint.  I also did a quick DIY watercolor project for the X and O's.  The large "H" in her room came unfinished from an Etsy shop called "48 hour monogram" and I painted it with a couple coats of white paint.

Occasionally while I was pregnant, I would catch our older daughter reading to her dolls in Hannah's room, practicing for when she would become a big sister - they were the sweetest moments!

We welcomed our sweet baby Hannah Grace in August of 2018!
