Stella’s Nursery
We are patiently awaiting the arrival of our first baby, Miss Stella Addison! As a new mom, I couldn’t wait to put together the most beautiful room for our little girl.

Baby Boy Nursery
We wanted to create a space that was calming and comfortable for our new baby, something that was appropriate for a little one but could easily grow with her. We wanted to make sure there were a lot of organized storage options because the room lacks a closet. While we wanted the room to be girly, we also wanted to avoid it becoming over-the-top pink. And most importantly for us, we needed to put together a nice space on a budget! IKEA to the rescue!
We decided to keep the gender of our first bundle of joy a surprise, so the main goal of designing the nursery space was to keep it “gender neutral.” Besides that, we really wanted a space that was bright, fun and not “babyish,” so our child could grow into it as the years passed.
This nursery was designed and decorated not knowing the gender of our baby. We used various shades of grey with splashes of bright yellow to make the room lively and inviting.

A Bright and Cheerful room for our Little Man
This is the nursery that I designed for my beautiful baby girl, Mirra. She loves the bright colors and we hang out in the room all the time! Almost all of the art is DIY including the crib set!
My husband and I both love things with a modern look and a tiny twist of vintage. When I was pregnant, we had no idea what we wanted to do for the nursery, the only thing we knew for sure was that we didn’t want to go the “traditional baby blue” route. We knew we both loved grey as a neutral and then we ended up adding a few pops of tangerine for fun!
A modern, bright, clean and functional nursery that needs to occasionally double as a guest room.
We had the joy of travelling to Brazil at the exact month of our baby’s first birthday, so we couldn’t miss the great opportunity to celebrate this special moment with our family.
This is a colorful nursery for our little man. We had some challenges with a tiny room and an angled ceiling, so we had to make good use of heights and storage space.

Ryder Blake’s nursery was so much fun to put together and he has been enjoying it so far. We did this on a budget and it took a lot of research to find the exact items we were looking for.
