Vintage Cottage Nursery
A cottage meets vintage cozy space for our brand new daughter. Pale pinks and yellows collide with grey to create a space perfect for any little girl.

I wanted to create a space that felt warm and comforting but didn’t scream baby. Even though we were planning to find out the sex, my husband and I both knew from the get go we wanted to start with a gender neutral base and go from there.
This was a “re-do” from my daughter’s original nursery since we moved. Originally, she’d had a brown wall with pink polka dots & the other 3 walls were pink. This time, we went with 1 pink wall & the other 3 are a cream color (Elmira White – Sherwin Williams).
After designing my daughter’s nursery, I knew I wanted to create an equally fun and eclectic space for our son. Like before, this was a labor of love…From picking out the design elements to installing a stone wall! It’s a mix of DIY and store bought. A little kingdom for our little prince :)
This is my daughter’s pink and gray elephant nursery in our downtown Chicago condo.
We decided to try for a vintage Circus Nursery. We started collecting items here and there when we found out we were pregnant. Our goal was to try and be as unique as possible!
A creation for our first son!
I wanted to create a nursery that was relaxing, feminine, unique and incorporated my DIY handy-work and hand made pieces from friends and family.
This room was for a New York City little girl. Her mom had three main requirements: pink, funky and quite unique.
I love anything shabby chic, but I didn’t want the nursery to be pink overload so I decided to go with blue instead (and include pink accents of course!). My mom made the bedding, curtains, diaper stacker, awning, and birth info square. We used this same nursery for our first, but updated it with the bead board and new personalized decor for our second.
Girly Nursery
Fabulously decadent nursery by Little Crown Interiors
Okay…Pinch Us Now! We just completed the most incredible nursery for the most incredible star. Spice Girl, X-Factor Australia host, Fitness Guru (and on, and on), Melanie Brown contacted us to work on her new baby’s nursery, and we are so thrilled to share the über-glamorous, on-trend nursery with Project Nursery readers!
Bright and cheery nursery for our first child, a sweet baby girl!
This is Claire’s nursery! I didn’t know what I was having so the room started as gray, and the pink came afterwards.
A bright and colorful nursery for a happy little girl. Bright, patterned fabrics are used to add the color into the nursery that has a decent amount of white on the walls with the board and batten. Birds and bird houses found their way into the theme and are sprinkled throughout the room.
A soothing and timeless nursery that will grow with Sophie Grace using soft petal pink, light gray and robin’s egg blue. The room is not completely finished at this point…still am finishing wall decor and have not completed the crib bedding.
****I will post more pictures with a close up of the bumper as well as the changing table-the crib bumper is a light gray with damask pattern with light pink bows. The crib skirt is on order.
We were ecstatic to find out we were having a girl! I loved the soft look of pink and gray together and felt it was a perfect combination for a sweet baby girl’s room!
I wanted to capture my favorite Washington DC area experience…Cherry Blossom season. For just ten days out of the year, our neighborhood and surrounding areas explode with white and pink blossoms.
