This was a birthday party I designed for my little girl a few years ago when she was turning five. At the time, one of her most favorite movie was Mulan. That inspired me to create a Chinese Tea Party to celebrate her special day!
The mommy-to-be wanted a shower based around the Lewis Carrol classic so we did a red, black and white themed shower and included lots of things from the childrens classic

My daughter Siena just turned 2 and I hosted a little girls tea party for her in our San Francisco apartment. I was somewhat limited by space and budget but used my creativity to do the best that I could.

The hostessesof theshower had the theme be a surpise. Everyone invited was asked to wear hats and gloves for a traditional English Afternoon Tea. Great idea for an extra surprise for me, the mom to be.
