Gavin’s Space
A bright, fun space that this baby boy can grow into!
A bright, fun space that this baby boy can grow into!
Small room thats fun, bright and not cluttered. Still shopping for a nice mirror above the dresser. The wall color is antique silver and I incorporated yellow, white, gold, blue and pink.
I designed this nursery especially for my daughter Marann. She was born February 19, 2013. The nursery is vibrant and full of life just like her. A little bit modern, a little bit whimsical, and filled with so many things we love!
We converted a guest room into our Baby’s nursery on a tight budget. We did a lot of re-purposing of furniture to create a bright whimsical space that would take our newborn into his toddler years.
Wallpaper inspired nursery designed by my boyfriend and I for our first child.
I created this nursery for my first son, James before he was born in december of 2010. I just came across the photos and decided to upload them to Project Nursery.
A clean, modern, adventurous, little man nursery.
A fun, colorful room that would inspire learning and creativity. I also wanted a room that my little guy wouldn’t outgrow right away so I didn’t want to make it too “babyish”.
Baby girl nursery on a budget. I wanted a nursery that had girly aspects without the flowers and butterflies. I had a very small room to work with so it was very important not to get to many pieces of furniture in the room to avoid over crowding.
Sweet T’s nursery was designed around the loose theme of kites and dandelions. I wanted the nursery to fit in with the style of the rest of our house, which is contemporary with clean lines, yet still feel fun and playful.
We put in Brazilian hardwood floors. We added a glamorous chandelier, a bookshelf wall, bright pink elephants accented by floor to ceiling chevron grey curtains. It is truly my new favorite room in the house!
Crisp, Clean Nursery for my baby boy
This shower is meant to be simple and classic with lots of pink.

I knew I wanted something bright, colorful and fun. We eventually found out we were expecting a boy, however, this room is still pretty gender neutral and most of the elements could work for either a boy or girl.
When mom Helen emailed me with the project, I was excited about the small space challenge for this studio apartment home. Most of my projects in the past have been more traditional and youthful. This client wanted a contemporary, clutter-free, mature feel for the room, yet it should have a warm, intimate, and playful vibe.
As an interior designer for kids, I get to design a lot of nurseries and kids rooms, but designing for my own children was a wonderful challenge with a huge reward! We wanted to take the room from soothing nursery to wild child toddler. With the help of the pink and gold wall – with pink and gold doors – I think we managed to achieve just that!
