Luke’s Turquoise Elephant Nursery
Turquoise and gray elephant nursery. Not too baby-ish but just the right amount!

We wanted lime green to be the accent color in his room so we went with 2 soft grey tones as the main wall colors. We went with a unique koala theme.
I designed a whimsical meadow theme nursery for my sweet new addition!
This is our Nursery for our first baby. We wanted to be surprised about the sex, so we tried to keep the colors and theme gender neutral. We liked the idea about a farm theme room, but we also have a very modern clean style in the rest of our house.
The Blake Family wanted a fun and inviting baby room! Custom mural by artist, Pamela Townsend; consisting of a Monkey, Giraffe, Lion, Elephant surround the walls with playful smiles. A banana tree is prefect to sit under with a good night time book to read baby Michael to sleep. The wall letters were handmade with scrapbook paper and even showcases Micheal’s hand print and footprint. Zebra rug, valance and crib skirt were all purchased at Target.
I knew I wanted a modern nursery for my little boy. The room had recently been painted grey, so we kept it that way. The crib and dresser were easy to decide on. I had tons of nursery prints in my Etsy favorites and other decorating ideas on my Pinterest boards. I was stuck on bedding for a long time. I spent so much time searching the web for something that would match the grey walls and curtains, and really couldn’t find anything I loved. My mom offered to sew the bedding. It was a long process, but I spent tons of quality time with my mom and grandma, and learned how to sew too! My other labor of love was the tshirt latch hook rug. I put many hours of work into my rug and I’m so proud to have finished it for my little man. The chair is a thrift store find that matched the room perfectly and added the softness it needed. I just love how everything turned out.
A girly version of a jungle theme.
I wanted something that would be young (but not too baby), fun and relaxing all at the same time for baby Trey’s nursery. This room will transition with Trey gets he gets older and will work for baby girl (fingers crossed) by adding with some girly touches.
We wanted something gender neutral, (waited to find out the sex), that would work with the existing character of our 1925 home.
We were dealing with a pretty tight space in our second bedroom/office with little floorspace, even less storage space, and soaring ceilings in our prewar Manhattan apartment. We kept the sex a surprise and chose a gender-neutral palette. Soft gray walls and shaggy floors meet bold firey colors, wild animals and vintage handcrafted details.
Mason’s Jungle =)
safari nursery
This is a room I decorated for my client, the walls were hand painted, the letters above the crib, the door sign, picture frames and shelf were customized and or hand crafted by me.
It’s my absolute favorite room in our house! It is playful and airy and fun. I didn’t want the nursery to be blasé, nor too loud. Just a comfy space for our little Parker.
Although I am having a boy, I still wanted my nursery to be pretty. I spent a lot of time researching and collecting inspiration, like 8 months worth! This is the result.
Kavi’s nursery is a mix of Safari elements I started collecting when we found out we were expecting. At the time I didn’t know the sex so I wanted to keep with color choices that would work for a boy or a girl. We’ve recently moved into a new house and I haven’t had time to paint the walls yet (builders beige is boring I know). I haven’t decided yet on what color it will be. Hmmm…
We wanted Nicolas’ nursery to be whimsical and tranquil, but classic and contemporary at the same time. The room was painted camel tan so that allowed us to use a simple, yet chic and sophisticated color palette – light blue, brown, tan and hints of white.
Animal themed nursery for a boy.
We wanted a creative, fun nursery that was somewhat gender neutral so that we can use it for Connor’s future siblings as well.
A jungle/retro/gender neutral/hand crafted nursery for our new little beast!!
