I finally am what I have always wanted to be...a wife and a mommy.i became a wife in may of 2006 to the most wonderful, patient, hardworking, handsome man. clinton is my best friend, an amazing husband, a perfect daddy and to this day i still get excited when he kisses me. we had three very special years of "just us" spent taking vacations, hanging out with friends, moving from town to town and having lots of lazy sundays. we are finally settled in frisco, loving our house and the home we have made for our family.i became a mommy on august 29, 2009. canaan "kix" atticus hollingworth is my world. when he says "momma" and lays his head on my shoulder, i know exactly why God put me on this earth. he is his daddy's boy and lives for the second clinton walks through the door. he is sweet and energetic and you better watch out if there is a ball nearby! i became a mommy again on march 11, 2011. poppie ainsley hollingworth is my little cupcake. she is named after my grandpa poppy and already has his contagious smile and sweet heart. every second i am her mommy just isn't enough. i for see lots of gymnastics meets, nutcracker dates and shopping days ahead. i cannot wait.it's so weird when you realize that everything you've ever wanted is exactly what you are living everyday. i love it. i am so happy, so blessed and so thankful. my cup runneth over.

Kix’s Kickin’ Soccer Room

The room was designed for my son Kix Atticus. We are a soccer family and Kix is OBSESSED with anything “ball”. I painted the soccer mural background and the triptych canvas paintings. We kept everything low cost with shelving and dresser storage from Ikea. The locker nightstands were purchased through KidKraft. The soccer bed was handmade by Kix’s PawPaw. He loves to show off his “big boy” room! Designing your kid’s space? Need modern art? Check out my Etsy page to order your custom canvas artwork! Poppie’s Sweet Candy Land Nursery

My daughter, Poppie Ainsley’s room was inspired by the family board game, Candy Land. We began the process by painting the room a great Tiffany blue color and then candy striped the ceiling pink, red and white (talk about a tough task at seven months pregnant). I then painted the Candy Land mural on one wall. We kept the cost of the room low by using a floor model “Toys R Us” Amy Coe Crib and Target Brand furniture. Little accents like polka dotted knobs made the pieces look way more expensive than they actually were! We painted an 80% off clearance mirror frame bright red and balanced the color of the room with the round, white, textured rug. A couple of leftover Valentine’s Day floor pillows added wonderful color and shape. The art is simply framed game cards from Candy Land. Finally brightly colored candy was placed in jars through out the room for a little extra fun. We love it! I hope you do as well!
