Riley’s Refuge
Since conception, my husband and I call our baby girl Riley, “Little Panda.” We decided to use pandas and hot air balloons as the theme for her nursery. We made a bamboo forest around the wall, and hung hot air balloons with pandas in it from the ceiling. The colors used were black and white with lime green as the accent color. During the baby shower, the guests colored the letters of the English alphabet, which we hung on a canvas. We also painted Malayalam consonants (Indian dialect) on another canvas. The letter “R” for Riley was painted in lime green to stand out.
