Simple Pink and Gray Nursery Turned Shared Room for Girls

When we found out we were pregnant five years ago, I knew I wanted a soft and peaceful nursery for my first child, Shiloh, so I decided to go with “less is more.”  Three years later, we welcomed our second daughter, Sailor, who had her own beautiful room….. for a year. We welcomed our third child into the world just 13 months later and since he was a boy, he took over Sailor’s room. Pictured are the stages Shiloh’s room took throughout the transition from nursery to toddler room to shared room with sister Sailor.  An addition was added to the house throughout this process which required a hall. We took about five feet from the room to use as a hall, so everything was re positioned and that’s when we painted the accent wall. My husband is very artistic and creative and did this on his own. I love every stage this room has been in and its one of my favorite rooms in the house.
