Sam was starting middle school and the Winnie the Pooh wallpaper just wasn’t cutting it any more. It was time for a change! Sam and his mom came to me with his hand drawn floor plan and room inspiration images. We created a fuctional space that represented him fully.
I focused on a modern nursery that would easily transition with Audrey as she grows. A baby’s room that wasn’t too “baby” or overly girlie. Her parents are young, cool, and hip…and that’s what I wanted to convey in the design. Baby Audrey did her best to let me know what she liked too–lots of swirls and lots of kicking.
