Classic Clean Playroom

When we moved into our new home, we were blessed with many things including an abundance of windows for endless amounts of natural light. We chose the conservatory for the prime place for our girls’ playroom. The room is entirely windows with no wall space for wall art, but I’d choose this happy light any day! This room is visible upon entering our home, so I wanted to keep the color scheme classic and calm. Our family enjoys many hours each day in this room and hopefully will for many years to come!

Sweet Cream Nursery Nook

*Update- We moved. See how I transitioned the nook to a nursery in our baby’s new space.
With my second baby’s nursery, I am working with a much smaller space than I had with my first. As we search for our next home with more space, we are making it work with this small but sweet nursery nook. I learned with my first babe that I will be sleeping in the room with her for several months. Therefore, I decided to create a partial nursery nook/bedroom combo. I created a serene sweet cream and neutral colored room with a touch of florals, bunnies, and sweet woodland friends. Big sis chose a few special touches such as the baby plant, duck, and a few other items making it an extra special project. We also added a precious little stocking since she will be a Christmas babe! I look forward to enjoying this cozy space with our future little lady!

Feminine Floral Toddler Transition Bedroom

*Update- We’ve moved. Although our home is double the size, the space for our toddler bedroom is a bit smaller. I’ve added pictures to show how we made it work!
Spring is here… and so is our new ‘nursery’ look! I’ve decided to begin the transition of our little lady’s nursery into something a bit more sophisticated as she has blossomed into her toddler years and is nearing the time for a big girl bed. Utilizing many of the decorations from her Floral First Soirée (found here https://projectnursery.com/projects/floral-first-soiree/), I chose to continue with a floral theme in hopes of it lasting until she tells me otherwise! I continued with some coral hues but mainly pushed the blush tones for this new look. I’m still on the hunt for a perfect light fixture.
