Space Nursery

Space and space exploration have a special place in both my and my husband’s hearts. Our wish was to share that with our child as soon as he enters the world and what better way to do it than to bring space into his nursery.
This is a DIY project, with the wallpaper and knot pillows sourced from Etsy, the furtniture set from Little Guy Comfort, the shelving and rug from Crate Kids and the handwoven rug from Love44. The glider is from Babyletto. The wall hanger is from West Elm. The window treatment is from the Shade Store. The wall, ceiling and trim paint is from Clare.
The nursery is the perfect space for our son – both are a labor of love and dedication towards building a thriving and loving family together.

An Out of This World Nursery

My goal was to design a sophisticated nursery with sweet, charming and thoughtful details that our little one could grow with through the years. I have a deep love for neutral tones and knew immediately that I wanted the nursery to have a monochromatic feel with a little splash of color. The “out of this world” theme lended itself perfectly to provide that boyish and playful pop.

Hampton’s Modern Travel Nursery

My client’s wanted a “travel” themed nursery, without it being a theme, and something that their son can transition into as he grows. The room has extremely tall ceilings so I knew I wanted to do some kind of accent wall. I remembered seeing the Luna wallcovering and knew immediately that was the one I wanted to use! From there, it all just fell into place…from the compass inspired light fixture and art, to the rocket rug! When it was all said and done, my client loved it, but wanted a bit more pop to the room. Adding the Constellation’s wallcovering to the ceiling was spot on, and their sweet baby boy can dream of adventures for many years to come!
