Sawyer’s Sweet Navy & Pink Nursery
I wanted to create a simple and bright room that looked feminine without being overly “girly”. I’m obviously not a designer so I have no idea what I’m even talking about.

This nursery was an absolute work of love by my mom. She is a DIY queen and the result is a room that is completely DIY, hand-me-down or re-purposed. The only thing bought was the bookshelf.
This nursery was truly a labor of love for our girls that we worked so hard to conceive. We may have been on a serious budget… but I wouldn’t have it any other way. All items are sentimental and meaningful, or pieces we poured our hearts into fixing up. We loved every minute of this journey. Total cost for EVERYTHING (all furniture, supplies, and decor!) totals out at $393.
This colorful printable party collection cheers for celebration! Color Palette: pink, orange, tangerine and yellow Patterns: polka dots Theme: Aloha Summer

My mom has a keen eye for decorating, so she helped a lot! I created all the artwork and the wall and room decor and had so much fun putting it all together. I picked out the fabrics for the crib skirt and window treatments and couldn’t be more pleased with how they turned out! Sadly (but also happily), my daughter is just about to be ousted from this room as her baby sister is coming in 9 weeks! Now it is off to design a big girl room! Submitted by : Ashley
