Modern Boho Nursery with Floral Wallpaper

Earthy, moody and calming… I am so in love with this sweet rosie nursery. This being my Clients’ third child, we were able to repurpose several elements they already had; from the light fixture, to the crib, to vintage art prints, to the sunburst mirror that once hung in their living room. We even picked the perfect Fusion Mineral Paint colour (pressed fern) to bring new life to their old IKEA dresser and framed a floral magazine clipping that was found in an old chest from an estate sale years ago. I love how vintage and sentimental elements always bring so much character to a space! To complement their renovated mid-century modern Edwardian home, we knew we needed a statement rug — this one fit the bill on every level and was the winning choice the second I saw it. The showstopping feature is definitely the beautiful handmade macrame that hangs in front of delicately sketched floral wallpaper in the most subtle blush colour. This serene nursery is all set for baby sister’s arrival and will surely be a room where many new memories will be made, for this beautiful soon-to-be family of 5!

Livys Girly & Chic Nursery

I finally finished my 2nd daughters nursery and it was everything I imagined and more. Furnishings took a lot longer due to covid this time around but it was well worth the wait. I chose to mix highs and lows such as an Alice Lane rug mixed with a HomeGoods find photo for above the crib. Every little inch of this nursery was perfectly planned and I can’t wait to create so many memories in here with our little family 💗
We worked with the same contractor we worked with before for Charlottes nursery (featured on Project Nursery as well under “Neutral Girly Perfection”) and he is beyond wonderful to work with. He did the flooring which is the same Pergo Outlast from Home Depot and the wainscoting on the walls/paint. It turned out beautifully! A lot of the other details are added below- please reach out on other social platforms linked if you would like more information. Thank you 💕
