Ethan’s Ugly Doll Nursery
This is the nursery my husband and I lovingly put together for our little boy. We love Ugly Dolls, and their assortment of colors and shapes made them a wonderful element for our modern nursery.

We wanted a nursery that was fun for Baby O and us! The style of his nursery reflects our love for bicycles, earth tone colors and modern design.
We created a circus inspired room for our son Oliver. We found the bedding in Potterybarn kids. You feel like you are walking into a blue and white tent at a circus when you enter the room. The primary colors such as reds, greens, blues, orange, and yellows make you want to smile. All of the animals from artwork to stuffed animals are all around the room inviting you to play.

This is a nursery created for a modern little girl who doesn’t like typical pink baby rooms. The room was created around the Anthropologie rug. We wanted to stick with light blue and all spectrums of yellow. The leafy branch decal really adds character to the room along with all the customized accessories. We had the bird prints, curtains, and canvas all created with her colors in mind. The room turned out just how we imagined and now we are just waiting for our little princess to arrive!
Modern colors and lines with a touch of fun with monkeys and jungle animals.
It was the end of an era at Yankee Stadium tonight. I am not the world’s biggest baseball fan by any means (my father-in-law Zack, my husband Josh and inherently my son Austin, certainly are) yet I couldn’t help become emotional as the players rounded the historic stadium with glee while Frank Sinatra’s “New York, New York” repeated itself (18 times over). It was their last Yankees game ever in that stadium since 1923. Derek Jeter summed up the evening best when he said, “We have pride, tradition, and most of all, the world’s GREATEST fans in the world!” So let me introduce you to some of those fans: The Carrigan Family.
