A Vintage Baby Girl Nursery

Our popular Gold Dust Crib Collection pops on the baby crib that features an antiqued finish.  This white and gold baby bedding features a gold stripe crib sheet, crib skirt accented with tassels and optional gold and white crib rail cover.  One of our top selling crib bedding sets, the Gold Dust Collection is extremely versatile and can blend easily with a variety of nursery styles.

The white ship lap wall is the perfect backdrop and adds farmhouse flair.  The ladder in the corner is a convenient spot for holding baby blankets and adds a rustic touch.  Greenery is an easy way to add color and bring nature inside.  The sweet leaf rings and and garland give the room a boho vibe.

An antique white dresser, featuring gold drawer pulls, adds romantic charm and was a flea market find.  Subtle gold accents can be seen throughout the room including the wall mirror, crib, floating shelves and baby bedding.

Using the top of a dresser in the nursery as a changing station is a clever idea.  It eliminates the need for a separate changing table and saves space in the room.

Wood plank floors provide a rustic feel and add to the vintage ambiance of the room.  A tribal area rug from Rugs USA adds a soft play spot for Lonnie Renee.  The touch of pink in the rug coordinates with the blush pink curtains from Wayfair and cozy pom pom blanket.

A white rocker anchors a special spot for reading, feedings and cuddling.  The angel painting on the wall is in memory of Rachel’s mom who passed away of cancer in 2018.  Such a sweet meaningful and personal touch to the room.

An ottoman pouf from Target is the perfect spot for relaxing tired feet.

Mixing new and old can create a one-of-a-kind room for a baby girl!  Shopping for unique treasures at thrift shops and antique stores can be fun and inspirational.  Look for vintage furniture pieces, rustic shelving, second-hand books and artwork.  Pages from classic books from years ago are fun to frame and hang on the walls.

A Floral Baby Girl Nursery

Today we are sharing a sophisticated and elegant nursery sent to us by Lindsey Ground from Parkland, Florida!  What a gorgeous room for her new baby girl!

This stunning nursery features our new Rose Bouquet White Linen Crib Bedding collection.  Made of top quality eco-friendly white linen, this crib bedding will add a touch of romantic charm to your baby’s room.  Crib rail cover is both decorative, and will keep baby from chewing on the crib.  Scalloped white linen teething guard is accented with linen ruffle trim.  Luxurious white linen crib skirt coordinates with the crib rail cover with accent ruffle trim.  Lux linen adds distinctive texture and heirloom appeal.  All white crib bedding is versatile and can give a timeless feel to any nursery.  Classic styling gives this sweet baby girl bedding a tailored, timeless appeal.
Our Rose Bouquet Crib Collection can be purchased as a set, or each piece can be ordered separately.
Large scale floral wallpaper is the perfect backdrop for the all white crib bedding.  Statement large floral wallpaper is a popular trend for girl nurseries.  An assortment of white and blush flowers on a dark background creates a feminine space for a baby girl.
The geometric star pendent from Ballard Designs adds sparkle to the room!
A round gold rimmed mirror, gold accent table and gold drawer pulls on the white dresser add a touch of glamour and pull the room together.  Sweet pom pom storage bins are perfect for organizing toys and more.

A Sweet Pink & Gray Nursery for Fallon

Today we are sharing the sweetest baby girl nursery sent to us by Felicia Latchaw!  This family is obviously overjoyed with the new addition to their clan – a fourth baby girl!  A vintage floral print and accents of gray create a warm and welcoming room for baby Fallon.  Fallon is the 4th child in a family of 4 girls!  We are sure she will have plenty of big sister love!  For baby Fallon’s nursery, mom Felicia choose our Nostalgic Rose crib bedding including the white washed linen crib skirt, floral crib sheet and protective crib rail cover.  She personalized the rail guard by adding a monogram.  “Fallon” is embroidered with our popular Elite Cursive font in gray thread. The “Hello World, I’m Fallon” onsie is to-die-for with gold sparkle print, and coordinating hair bow is so sweet.  Our Nostalgic Rose Crib Sheet features a sweet floral print in pink tones with a hint of mint and is made of premium 100% cotton fabric.

DIY Chalkboard Purple and White Striped Dresser

DIY Chalkboard Stripe Dresser for Nursery

I painted this chalkboard stripe dresser for my son’s room.  I thought the stripes were cute for a nursery, but also functional since I can change out the chalk labels as I reorganize the drawers.  Plus it makes it easy for my hubby to help with laundry :)

Baby Girls’ Nursery

I wanted a feminine nursery that wasn’t too babyish… That she could grow with for years to come. I brought in the owls to give it somewhat of a childish feeling.

Neutral Nursery with Pops of Color

After over a year of trying to conceive and despising the spare room we found out we were pregnant on a month that beat out all scientific odds. Once we passed the first trimester mark we got to work (my husband and I). We knew we wanted a neutral basis for the room with pops of color so we purchased/DIY-ed all the neutral pieces before we found out Baby’s gender. When we found out that we were expecting a baby girl I looked at fabric sample after fabric sample until we decided on a peachy/pink and buttery yellow for the accents in the room. We couldn’t be more pleased with our work and the outcome!

Parisian Chic Girl’s Nursery

We met client J at an industry event – she actually won the set of luxury custom crib bedding we were giving away (shown in the nursery photos above). Upon delivering the news of her win, J hired us to make a complete nursery design for a Paris girl’s room. It just happened that our black and white luxury crib bedding matched the baby girl nursery ideas she already had in mind! With a color palette of black, white and hot pink for the Parisian nursery theme, the nursery interior designers of Little Crown Interiors jumped right in, to help J create a Paris theme nursery worth talking about. Our baby girls nursery design started with a nursery floor plan, and we took it from there. As with every single nursery design we have ever created, there is always something to challenge our skills. For this Paris girl’s room, J had some very modern pieces in mind (such as the existing modern nursery furniture), but baby girl nursery ideas were also coming from Dad, keeping us on our toes. In the end, our challenge was to design the Paris theme nursery to suit both parents’ taste. The beautiful photos of our completed nursery interior design project show the striking color palette and fabulous patterns we incorporated into our baby girl’s nursery ideas. This Parisian nursery design in black, white and hot pink is a baby girl’s dream – something she can grow into as she grows into a glamorous big girl. As nursery designers, it’s our highest goal to create a special space for each family to love, and we think this family will love their nursery design for years to come.
