We found a painting of a giraffe with lots of bright colored paint strokes so we used that as the center piece and built around it. We wanted the room to be bright, playful and colorful to stimulate early childhood development. All of our furniture and giraffe accents are  iwhite with gold and brass accents so that the colorful decor would pop. Unintentionally circles/polka dots was also woven through the space to tie in the round-esque paint strokes in the painting. It’s a welcoming cozy space that we and our newborn love.
