Alice in Wonderland Vintage Tea Birthday Party

For Peyton’s first birthday we had a vintage Alice in Wonderland vintage tea birthday party. Guests entered through the front door and were taken to wonderland as they made their way past a small wooden door and through hanging playing cards. The dining room was filled with pink and white balloons and a large pink ‘1’ balloon tied to my vintage highchair I had as a baby. The buffet table was dressed with vintage table clothes, in the center a shabby chic cake made by myself and surrounding the cake were many tea party treats including cupcakes, sandwiches and macaroons. I used vintage tea cups and saucers to fill with sweets and biscuits and glass milk bottle jars for drinks.
