I wanted the room to look relaxing and tranquil yet a little fun with added touches of Mickey.We originally wanted to do Mickey theme like our Disney Wedding, but I didn’t want it to be overwhelming. I decided the main theme would be gray, blue and bits of orange thrown in for color but of course I had to bring in Mickey too.

And I noticed the Mickey items in the shadow box above his changing table are the same ones he wore in his newborn photo?? sooo cute!
Love how you minimized the theme just enough to “get it” but still let the space blossom into his own later! A great ‘play’ on the parents’ relationship.
