It’s Game Time on the Gridiron: A Football Themed Party!

Let's Kickoff the Best Football Birthday Yet!

The mornings are crisp and cool, sweater weather is here, and the smell of pumpkin spice lattes is filling the air. This can only mean one thing—it’s Football Season! I LIVE for this time of year, partly because of my love of college football, but also because Fall is my favorite season! I love it so much that I decided to create a football-themed party with tons of ideas and party printables to inspire you!

Let’s “kick off” this party with some super cute football invitations! These invites are fully customizable with your child’s name, age and information! The background features an AstroTurf field table runner and the perfect centerpiece or runner for your tables!

Ready, Set PARTY! This giant football sign is the perfect backdrop for your dessert or buffet table at your football party! I used cupcake display towers that resembled stadium bleacher seating and placed them on top of a paper football field table runner. The center of my dessert table features a cardboard goal post and an actual kid-sized football!

Football Cake Table Backdrop and Cupcake Stadium Bleachers

To pull off the “stadium crowd” look, I took regular store bought cupcakes and dipped the icing tops into multi-colored sprinkles to resemble fans in the bleachers. I created these football field cupcake wrappers that go around any regular sized cupcake! To finish the look, I added in football-themed pennant cupcake toppers and foam fingers!

How cute are these real football drink sleeves? They are the perfect accent for your drink station or water break area! I also added a stack of game play napkins (similar) that I couldn’t resist!

Timeout for a water break! Decorate your drink station with this “Water Break” chalkboard-like printable sign.

These table place settings are definitely the right play! I love the mixed designs and prints of this football-themed cutlery. Pair it with referee shirt plates, and your table will be a hit!

Dress up your food buffet table, or as I like to call it “concession stand,” with this custom concession stand sign with your family or child’s name on it! Also pictured are grub bags with referee icons on them—they’re foil-lined to keep your food warm during cold tailgating weather!

Display this “Tackle your Appetite” sign on a clipboard next to your utensils or food table to complete the look of your custom concession stand!

Kids love temporary tattoos, especially when they look really real! Have a “Put Your Game Face On” station where the kids can feel like real football gridiron greats!
