Laura Orlando, mom, school teacher and blogger behind Celebrate in Detail is sharing a guest post with us today to get us prepped for Halloween with some candy-free treat ideas along with free printable tags. Thanks for sharing with us, Laura!
Who is ready for the spookiest time of year? Today, I am excited to share some creative classroom candy-free Halloween treat ideas along with some fantastic free printables! Halloween is quickly approaching and my family and I could not be more excited. As a school teacher and a busy mom, I like to get a head start on my Halloween decorating and my children’s classroom Halloween parties. Today, I am here to help you do the same!
It is always nice to give something besides candy at classroom parties. Kids get a ton of candy trick-or-treating, so passing out a non-candy item is so much fun. I am excited to share some fun ideas to inspire you to get creative with your classroom treats!
First up are these adorable striped Halloween knee socks. Perfect for those chilly Halloween evenings! Add the adorable free printable tag for a great classroom gift!
Next up is a fun cat headband. What child doesn’t love to dress up? Animal headbands are so popular right now, and these headbands are so inexpensive and perfect for classmates! Just add my free printable gift tag and have your child sign it for a personalized look.
Pencils are always a great gift for the classroom. There are so many cute Halloween pencil options. What is so nice about giving pencils is that they usually come in a large pack, so this is an inexpensive option too. Add a cute pencil topper to each one for perfect presentation.
Great presentation when giving a gift can be so much fun for the kids. I just love these cute mini buckets I found at the Target Dollar Spot. You can add any treat you like to these mini buckets. Tie the Trick-or-Treat free printable gift tag to the bucket with a pretty ribbon and you have one adorable treat!
Last up is a cute Halloween mini notepad and pen. Tie a sweet bow around the mini notepad, pen and free printable tag to keep it all together. This is a fun classroom treat any child would love to receive!
Let’s not forget about gifting something special to your child’s teacher. I created this fun Fall inspired gift card holder that any teacher would appreciate! Get your free printable gift card holder HERE!
I had so much fun creating classroom Halloween treats for all of you. The printable gift tags are free for you and can be attached to any of your creative DIY Halloween treats you create.
