UPPAbaby VISTA for the Win

Anyone else have what I call toddler-in-public anxiety? It goes a little like this: Mom needs to go left, toddler insists on going right, not to mention the newborn baby who’s adding her personal soundtrack of screams in the background. In a perfect world, my two-year-old would walk like a big girl by my side, but I live in the real world. The real word requires a double stroller that keeps both babes safely fastened in their seats so I can leave the house solo.

Enter the UPPAbaby VISTA. First, let me admit that I totally missed the boat and should have made this my one-and-only stroller when our first was born. I would have been properly prepared for the arrival of #2, but let’s just say I’m fashionably late. UPPAbaby VISTA Double Stroller

The UPPAbaby VISTA has so much to offer, but these are the features that I love best.

Smooth ride. My experience with running strollers has given me high expectations when it comes to how even a non-running stroller should ride. The UPPAbaby Vista does not disappoint.

Easy setup. I set this thing up by myself (waiting for applause). To some, maybe this isn’t a feat worth celebrating, but I hardcore struggle at assembling anything, so I loved the fact that this was a quick and easy setup. Luckily, the same goes for folding and unfolding.

Pretty leather accents. It’s no secret that I’m a sucker for “pretty.” The 2017 model added textile and leather accents that are just plain dreamy.

UPPAbaby VISTA Bassinet

The bassinet. I LOVE this thing. It’s our three-month-old’s favorite place to nap. Her big sis likes to play mommy alongside me pushing her baby dolls in their matching ride.

Choices, choices, choices. There are so many ways to configure this stroller. Bassinet + Rumble Seat, Toddler Seat + Rumble Seat, forward-facing or rear-facing—you name it! Throw in the PiggyBack board (which we 100 percent did), and you have a way to transport even the most stubborn of toddlers.

Not to mention, the Mesa Infant Car Seat easily attaches directly into the VISTA for a quick snap and go because everyone knows you NEVER wake a sleeping baby to transport her from a car seat to a stroller. I also love the large storage basket, the sunshade and the stroller’s narrow frame. The list goes on and on. I highly recommend the UPPAbaby VISTA to all new moms—and veteran moms like me who are just late to the game.

Hi Meghan, I notice you have 2 girls -- do you find the 2017 Blue Marl (Henry) is really boyish? It's more blue than the 2015 version isn't it. Do you think it's suitable for girls? I hate it when people think my girl is a boy just because I dress her in blue, grey and other gender neutral colors.

Hi Jaslyn! I think the blue is very pretty...it has a really nice gray tone that I think makes it great for boys and girls. Plus, my husband is the one pushing the stroller half the time, so he appreciates that it's not super girly :) Hope this helps!
