This no cook baby food recipe packs in lots of nutrients, good fat and plant-based protein. Hemp seeds are super healthy and a wonderful source of protein. They are available at most grocery stores, or you can substitute ground flax seed or ground chia seed if desired. This meal literally takes only one minute to prepare, and it’s delicious!
This stage three baby food recipe is suitable for babies 10-12 months and up. Always make sure the consistency of your baby’s food is one she can handle.
Banana, Avocado and Hemp Seed
Note: Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
1 ripe banana
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon raw, shelled hemp seeds
Blend ingredients together until smooth using a food processor and enjoy!
