There is not much cuter than a couple of siblings dressed in coordinating costumes. Generally, the older sibling makes the call and you find a complementing costume for baby. Two years ago my daughter wanted to be Elsa (like every other 4 year old) so my 5 month old son was Olaf. Last year she wanted to be "the witch with the green face" so my son was a flying monkey. This year she wants to be a flamingo so I'm thinking of making him a crab. I asked her what's going to happen next year when he wants to be a ninja turtle or Spiderman and she just said "I won't let him!"
