So off to an early bedtime we went, which at this rate is five to six times a day! Emerson was fed and dressed in her cheery Little Me layette and blanket. I read from the nursery glider while tickling her feet to catch a smile. Then I stared at her, marveling at the fact that I had a tiny baby in my arms, thinking how special this time is in my life and how quickly it will fly. I was given a wonderful baby gift today in addition to the I See Me! book—a gift of time to bond with my baby.
