When I was pregnant the first stretch marks I got appeared on my hips and thighs. Searched high and low for a maternity bathing suit that had shorts or a skirt long enough to keep them hidden. I ended up buying a two piece (tankini with a skirt) that was a few sizes bigger than what I normally would wear.
