Coral, Teal and Gray: The New Gender Neutral

What are you craving? How are you carrying? Sound familiar? Everyone loves to guess the sex of a new arrival, and hey, why not? You’ve got a 50/50 chance at getting it right. I’d take those odds any day! A growing trend seems to be waiting to find out the gender of the baby until delivery. Now, call me a planner (I am), but I like to be ready. I so greatly admire the patience the parents have who choose to wait the entire nine months to find out!

And heck, why not wait? Neutral nurseries don’t have to be yellow-clad with giraffes any longer. Colors like gray, teal and now even coral seem to be trending in gender-neutral nurseries, and I must say, I’m a growing fan! Personally, I think it’s just as big of a surprise to find out the gender halfway through your pregnancy, but I guess I’m going to try to stay “neutral” on the subject. No pun intended!

I love these three colors combined. So soothing to the eyes but not dry and lifeless.

I love that quote about people crazy enough to think they can change the world! One of the most inspiring!
