Batter Up! Birthday Party

With baseball season in full swing, your little t-ball player would LOVE a baseball themed birthday party!  Gather up a couple of teams, meet in a park, and bring along a couple of cute decorations and treats to make this party kid-approved!

Decorate a couple of tables in the park with vases of baseballs…simple on their own, but a “WOW” when combined with grass plants or vases full of peanuts!  Have the adults walk around with custom buttons on that say “batter up!” and carry vendor boxes full of candy bars, baseball cookies, and bags of peanuts.  (these are simple to make – simply attach a neck strap to a painted box)

Keep your birthday treats simple with a simple cupcake. (easy to transport, easy for the kids to eat!)

One of my favorite ideas is to create a keepsake memento for your child to hang in their room after the party by having all of their friends sign a bat with permanent markers.

I love the concept of baseballs in glass canisters or glass jars. My toddler loves balls, and I’m gonna get cheap little toy balls and put them in my glass cookie jars. Thanks.

It’s funny to find out just how many blogs the internet has on this subject! I don’t know if I’ll ever have to come back, but it is awesome to know I found the one that has a lot of valuable stuff if this should come up for me another time.
