At Little Crown Interiors, we receive several requests for play tables and chairs in our nursery and kid’s room designs. So, we wanted to share some of our top picks with you. And, be on the lookout for one of these sets in our upcoming project photos…
Our first crush, by Context Furniture, is an adorable two-toned table and chair set, perfect for a truly modern family! The two-tone combo of exposed wood and bright paint is so stunning and unique.
On a similar, modern note, we dig this set by Little Nest. The bent metal chairs are an adorable mini-replica of the famous Mid-Century Modern “Bertoia” chair, originally sold by Knoll in the early 1950’s – so chic!
However, we know that truly modern furniture doesn’t appeal to everyone, so our next pick is more of a “understated” modern. This fab set is by one of our favorite designers – Jennifer DeLonge. We always count on Jennifer DeLonge to offer products in funky, off-beat colors, and this play table set is no exception.
Onto more traditional options: we fell in love with this table with colorful chairs and bench options from Restoration Hardware. This set has such classic style and has the option of a bench instead of chairs – we just love that!
Finally, we cannot resist this beautifully-made, sweet little set from Newport Cottages. From first hand experience, we can say that their furniture is meant to last a life time, and with so many color options to choose from, there’s truly something for everyone…
When all is said and done, no matter what the style or color, we love the idea of giving the little people in our lives perfect places to play. If you’ve got comments or ideas, we’d love to hear them – share your tips by commenting, and share your pics in the Project Nursery Gallery!
Great blog site! I truly really like the way it is easy on my eyes too as the details are perfectly published. I have bookmarked your internet site! After you will need self storage, you desire to understand that your belongings are secure and protected.
Lovely pieces, but my favorite has to be Restoration Hardware’s pink chairs!!! And of course the classic lines of Newport Cottages. What fun!
I personally love DeLonge’s chunky white tables and chair. As an avid DIYer, I could see a lot of possibilities with those :)
